November is all about Christmas Cards. |
These cans needed a cupboard so I made on out of chipboard and G45 Curtain Call papers. |
Finished. Behind the paper is styrofoam in case I need to hang more goodies. |
I decorated a small chipboard circle with my favorite baby. |
I dismantled an alarm clock and made it into a frame for my photo. |
One of my favorite you tubers, Cynthialoowho, creates beautiful items with filigrees and lots of bling. She inspired me to cut up some filigrees and create a mask.
An altered book/box for a challenge. Inspired by another favorite you tuber,
ALittleShabbyChic, I covered everything with layers of pretty lace.
My favorite husband and favorite babylayout using Prima papers and a few new die cuts (Tim Holtz window and Chicken wire from Simon Says Stam). |
Another Cynthialoowho inspired filigree treasure. I totally copied her idea to make a box out of different shapes. I also loved her blingy embellishments and had to try it for myself. Super fun.
These were originally gold but I used silver metal mixatives to make them sparkly silver. I like how the bottom of the box is halfway down, giving the illusion of box legs.
Not sure what this will be but I had fun making matchbook boxes with the window die as the top. Maybe for storing some new doo dads? :-)
A butterfly box. I'm constantly saving boxes (this originally held a large roll of tape) and I decided to finally put one to use. Covered with lace, flowers, and some appliques that I've hoarded forever.
I started this school album over a year ago. The idea came from xannero on you tube. She is so inspiring. I finally took some time to add some photos and embellishments. Still not done as I have pocket tags to journal on and a few more pictures to add... work in progress.
